Welcome to AS Care Solutions Ltd. We are a provider of bespoke services for adults aged 18-65 with mental illness who will benefit from an environment which ensures privacy, dignity, independence, choice, rights and fulfilment.
AS Care Solutions Ltd is a company founded by two experienced health care professionals with over 25 years of service within the NHS and Local Authority settings.
We provide a full package of care/ rehabilitation supporting people with everyday living, leisure and employment opportunities offering a person centred approach, with the focus on transition to more independent living in the community.
What we do
Our aim is to support people with complex mental health needs to regain their independence through evidence based clinical interventions. We incorporate a multi-disciplinary team approach, which includes psychology, Occupational Therapy, social work and mental health nursing.
On receiving a referral one of our senior team members will carry out an assessment of need and, if appropriate, offer a placement at the Foothills. Following this we encourage progressive visits to The Foothills to help your client settle in and develop their individualised care plan with their named key worker.
Eligibility & Referrals
AS Care Solutions Ltd provide assessment and services for people aged 18-65 with a primary diagnosis of mental illness. On receiving a referral we will arrange for an assessment to ascertain the care needs of the Service User. We encourage Service Users, care coordinators and relatives to visit the houses as the first step of the assessment process.
A copy of AS Care Solutions Ltd brochure will be given to the prospective Service User as well as an information pack. A Service Users Guide and a Statement of Purpose is also available.
Accommodation
The Foothills, has easy access to all main roads and motorways, in close proximity of all bus and metro link routes. This gives excellent access to Rochdale town centre, Bury, Oldham and Manchester. In addition there are a variety of local amenities within a short walk from the house.
AS Care Solutions Ltd has developed a superb four bedroom property finished and furnished to a very high standard. The property excels the minimum standards stated in the National Care Standards and has been developed with the view to delight its residents and give an overwhelming high standard of living.
